Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Some items are non-returnable
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at pethouseserviceforyou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How to Return an Item

- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
