Returns

  • You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Some items are non-returnable
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service at pethouseserviceforyou@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Return an Item

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: After inspection, we will process your refund or ship the exchange item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
